Coda Contracting LLC is a Newtown Ct. based home improvement company formed in March 2004 by John Zulli. As an apprentice, I have had the opportunity to work and learn from some of the finest craftsmen in the tri state area. With over 20 years experience, myself and my employees are well versed in all aspects of home improvement and repair including; new homes, additions, interior renovations, basements, outbuildings, kitchens, bathrooms, custom cabinetry, interior/exterior painting, tile, siding, hardwood flooring, roofing, trim work and decks. Coda Contracting is a proud member of the U.S. Green Building Council, and we are currently enrolled in coursework to fulfill all requirements for the highest LEED IV (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. We are committed to implementing the‚ green building‚ philosophy and incorporating the latest technology associated with it as it applies to each job.

All of our work is performed by myself and my crew. I am on sight every day without exception. Through the years I have established an outstanding consortium of fully licensed and insured trades people (plumbers/electricians etc) who I work with exclusively. I schedule only one large project at a time as I believe that this is in my and my customer‚ best interests. No job is too small. All inquiries will be answered promptly and professionally. Our prices are highly competitive, and our work is second to none. We are fully licensed (lic. # HIC685385) and insured including workman’s comp.
